Check to
see if the machine has been set up to record against multiple processes. Go to the registry editor to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_DLLs
and check to see if it’s pointing to
bbhook.dll. If it is then remove the
entry and then reboot the machine.
Also check if the
machine has any Anti-Virus software running.
Try shutting down the Anti-Virus services. If you have McAfee Anti-Virus installed, shut
down the following services:

AVSyncManager
·
McShield
If you have Norton Anti-Virus installed, shut down the
Norton Antivirus service from the services menu.
